MCP Health Nonwoven Surgical Wrap is a Double Layer Bonded wrap composed of a 45 GSM Blue and 45 GSM White sheet. The sheets are securely welded on both sides to bond the material together. Polypropylene nonwoven fabric material is composed of spunbond layer, three meltblown layers and spunbond layer. The spunbond fabrics in the upper layer and under layer work as the framework of such material. It has good mechanical strength and abrasion resistance. The intermediate meltblown layer is composed of fine fibers, which has perfect filtration efficiency. MCP Health Surgical Wrap fully conform to EN868-2 and ISO11607-1 standards for sterilization packaging materials.
